As ISKENDEX® our main activity is exporting and distribute hight quality goose liver (foie gras) and Mulard duck meat. Our products are placed successfully on the international markets including France, Belgium, Spain, and their local country of Bulgaria.
Our contracted slaughterhouse and packaging facility are granted by the EU and Bulgarian institutions with required certificates (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS).
Foie Gras is the fattened liver of a duck/goose, and is considered a great delicacy with expensive pricing. Originally made famous in French cuisine, foie gras has been around since ancient Egypt time as a traditional food and now, a part of luxurious culinary all over the world.
